Dear Brawn Baby Appointment Policies
When booking an appointment at Dear Brawn Baby, you agree to the following policies. Please read carefully before booking. Note that the time allocated for each appointment is precise and includes a complimentary consultation.Booking & Deposits
- Advanced booking is recommended to secure your preferred date and time.
- A deposit of R150 is required to schedule a service.
- You can view all available appointments online before making payment at www.dearbrawnbaby.co.za
Appointment Confirmation
- You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is successfully booked.
- If you do not receive this confirmation, your appointment was not scheduled. Please resubmit your booking.
Booking Channels
- Appointments can only be booked online.
- Bookings via Instagram, WhatsApp, or other messaging platforms are no longer accepted. These platforms remain open for enquiries and general communication only.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life is unpredictable, and you may need to reschedule. If so, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we have the opportunity to fill your slot.- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit, as it is used to reserve your appointment.
- Arriving more than 30 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late will shorten your session to ensure it ends on time, and you will still be charged the full price of the services booked.
Children & Guests
Due to the delicate nature of our services, your eyes will be closed, and your lash artist will be fully focused. For your safety and comfort, please do not bring children, pets, or additional guests to your appointment.Lash Sets & In-Fills
We do not provide in-fills on lash sets done outside of Dear Brawn Baby. However, we are happy to remove your existing lashes and apply a brand-new set.Refund & Voucher Policy
Right to Refuse Service
Dear Brawn Baby reserves the right to refuse sales or services to anyone, at any time, for any reason.Referral Program
We value your referrals!- Refer a friend to Dear Brawn Baby and both you and your friend will receive a R50 discount on your next appointment.
Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed if they are lost, stolen, or altered in any way.
- 50% of the voucher value will be deducted for cancellations made without 24 hours’ notice.
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to settle outstanding debts or credits.
- Any unused balance on the voucher will not be given as cash.
- If your purchase exceeds the available voucher balance, the difference must be paid using another method (card payment or EFT).
- Vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry date printed on the voucher.
Important Note on Reactions
- While every precaution is taken to ensure your safety, reactions to eyelash extensions cannot be predicted by Dear Brawn Baby staff (or by yourself).
- Your intake form will be reviewed with you, and any contraindications (such as allergies) will be discussed before your service.
- No refunds will be issued for adverse reactions. However, Dear Brawn Baby will provide a complimentary lash removal should this occur.
- If you experience any irritation, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
