Dear Brawn Baby started in 2017 on a varsity residence bed with one pair of tweezers, one box of cluster lashes and small container of Ardell Lash glue. With just over four years in the industry, we have become one of Pretoria’s pioneering eyelash extensions and beauty houses with a growing team of lash artists and other creatives in the beauty industry. We make use of high level techniques and exceptional aesthetic services to create an experience that over and exceeds your expectations.
Our motto at DBB is to provide our clients with premium lashes at affordable lashes. Everyone deserves look and feel their best, and this is not something that you need to break the bank to do.
Our Founder and Master Stylist
Dear Brawn Baby founder, Makua Okoli began her journey into the realm of Lash Artistry back in 2017, on her res bed, practicing on friends and family whilst also trying to supplement her student budget.
Makua has always had a keen interest in the beauty industry but stumbled upon lash extensions industry by chance, tried it out and it playing out as God intended. Makua believes in the potential of the unknown and its ability to completely transform your life if given the chance. Possibilities are endless and all things work according to an infinite plan.
